A career with Della Rocca is therefore a continuous learning process, combining periods of training and consultancy projects. Progress is achieved by the daily application of talent and the capacity to master and enrich sophisticated know-how on a step-by-step basis.
As our career develops, the functional skills spectrum widens whilst we concentrate more on the sector or sectors of our choice. As such, client relationships, the development and management of the consultancy and one's own intellectual development take on greater importance.
Each of us has to find our own route map. Specialize in a particular sort of mission; go and work in a foreign office for a year or so; return to concentrate on a single client whilst developping other expertise: all these career trajectories are possible.
