 Della Rocca Consulting Services was created in 2003, deriving from its founders' wish to provide specialist services in two under-exploited and under-developed strategic fields:
 Cost reductions by operating or buying in low-cost countries
Della Rocca began its activities with its first clients, namely Stream (services) and Solectron (industry), and rapidly gained a good reputation as it established its credibility in the definition and implementation of Global Strategies in sourcing, outsourcing, offshoring and market entry.
Della Rocca's development is based upon a strong corporate philosophy:
Expertise which results in the mastering of solutions for cost optimization and access to emerging countries
An entrepreneurial attitude personified by work in the field and payment by results
